At The Dirty Dozen Bakery, we don’t just follow the recipe—we rewrite it. We work hand-in-hand with Aussie farmers, milling their grains fresh in our bakery each day. That means no shortcuts, no compromises—just real, honest bread.
We mill today, bake tomorrow. It’s slower, sure. But it’s worth it. The result? Loaves that are full of flavour, loaded with nutrients, and made the way bread should be.

We grow our own grains and mill them fresh on site—not just for the flavour, but for the planet too. Skipping the trucks and the extra packaging means fewer emissions and less waste. We also stick to organic farming and keep the nasty stuff (like synthetic pesticides and fertilisers) out of our process. It’s better for the soil, the ecosystem, and your conscience. So when you bite into one of our loaves, you’re not just eating something good—you’re doing something good.
